Compact Rotor ovens with low energy consumption and improved cooking performance!

The rack oven MC FORNI COMPACT series are ideal for small and medium bakery and pastry workshops thanks to the reduced footprint.

The COMPACT series oven has less energy requirements than all the competitors..

The COMPACT series ovens were created because, due to the characteristic of having the heat source inside the cooking chamber, it allows energy saving, a smaller footprint and an improved baking performance.


ELECTRIC

Passion for tradition

MC FORNI ovens are made completely of stainless steel. Steam extraction hood with suction motor included and removable suction grille for easy cleanning the steam exhaust valve area.

The electric powered ovens require only one chimney for vapors (removable with a steam blast OPTIONAL). Internal illumination of the baking chamber (replaceable from the outside). Trolley included (without trays).

Gaskets

Gasket sealing of the door in siliconic rubber and steel to grant a hermetic seal of the door combined with the doublelocking to ensure a greater seal. Door with double glass and two door hinges designed to detach the door from the gasket without being damaged during the rotation.

Insulation

Composed by a double layer of high density rock wool panels (100kg/m3) ensuring maximum thermal insulation and a long duration.

MC FORNI-NI.MA.MAC. SNCThe classic control panel, fully manual. Manual steam exhaust valve.

DIGITAL

MC FORNI-NI.MA.MAC. SNCProgrammable weekly self switch-on and automatic switch-off when not in use for a specified time. Manual mode is available or otherwise by creating storable programs with 3 cooking phases plus empty chamber preheating (99 programs memory). For every phase of a program the temperature, baking time and presence or extraction of the steam can be set. Automatic motorized steam exhaust valve. Self-diagnosis detecting eventual faults.

TOUCH SCREEN

MC FORNI-NI.MA.MAC. SNCProgrammable weekly self switch-on and automatic switch-off when not in use for a specified time. Manual mode is available or otherwise by creating storable programs with 5 cooking phases plus empty chamber preheating (99 programs memory customizing name and product photos, loaded via USB), “thanks to the pictures it’s possible to employ less specialized staff”. For every phase of a program the temperature, baking time and presence or extraction of the steam can be set. Automatic motorized steam exhaust valve. Self-diagnosis detecting eventual faults.
